The PP continues with his demagogic campaign of criminalization of the minors. To justify the reform of the Law of the Minor that they try to impel, it has assembled in the Assembly of Madrid a group of "experts". Between them, Javier San Sebastián, president of the Foundation O'Belen. This psychiatrist has allowed himself the luxury of defending in public the use of cells of isolation to treat the minors, both in situation of reform and in protection (even for children younger than 12 years), practice explicitly prohibited by United Nations.
We remember that this gentleman presides at present at an entity denounced for damaging the human rights both for the Defender of the People and for International Amnesty. In his centers (three of which have been closed) three minors have lost the life in a little time of between 12 and 14 years. Nevertheless, the PP has decided to support to this entity there where it governs.
