For an Agreement of Lefts (Spanish socialist party, IU, ICV, ERC, BNG, CC OO and UGT)

The banking, the business world, the Royal house and the press press so that there is an agreement of the state of the Spanish socialist party with the PP. The parliamentary left (Spanish socialist party, IU, ICV, ERC, BNG) together with the trade union one (CC OO and UGT), they must propose a lefts Agreement to fight against the crisis. Let's remember that the Spanish socialist party with 169 deputies, IU with 1, IC-V with 1, BNG with 2 and ERC with 3 adds 176 benches, that is to say, the absolute majority. Most of lefts are possible.

This Agreement of Lefts against the Crisis must approve in the Congress a program of economic measurements that combines the maintenance of the economic stimuli to go out of the crisis, to reduce the unemployment and to support the social expense and the wages with a progressive fiscal reform that increases the income and re-balances the budget burdening the speculative financial operations, the highest wages, the luxurious consumption and the benefits of the capital.

For a lefts government

Only a Government of lefts, based on an Agreement of Lefts against the Crisis and a wide, massive and unitary mobilization, will be able to confront with possibilities of success the municipal and autonomic elections of 2011 and the personal details of 2012.

The current Government Shoemaker is exhausted. After the Spanish presidency of the EU, in July, his reshaping will be inevitable. And so that it should not be a change of government to the right, in a neoliberal tacit agreement, the left must demand from Shoemaker a Government of Lefts against the crisis, which composition should reflect a new parliamentary and social block of the lefts and the trade unions.

To avoid the victory of the right

In the surveys the PP extracts to the Spanish socialist party five points. Without a rudder draft to the left, firm and decisive, the right will recover the Government of the State again and will open a reactionary political cycle to impose his neoliberal politics, to image of Hope Aguirre in the Community of Madrid, with reactionary deep clippings in the democratic advances of these years.

To avoid the victory of the right is the responsibility of all the political and social forces of the left, but much especially of Shoemaker and the Spanish socialist party, which there must gather the claims of his social base, which today express the class trade unions. For it it is necessary to have unit and mobilization without hesitations against the crisis.
