Aguirre prohibits to hire stand-ins to replace fall workpeople

Hope Aguirre has given the order not to hire reinforcements to substitute absent personnel. The prohibition is dictated by the Law of Budgets. The restriction is applied to all the commissions, included those of Education and Health.
When teachers, personnel of attention to the patient or monitors fall ill, during the first 15 days there will be nobody doing his functions. In case of temporary incapability, he makes sure the instruction, "it will be possible only to proceed to his coverage from the fifteenth day of fall".
The article 20 of the Title II of the Law of Budgets specifies that "during the year 2010 one will not proceed to the hiring of temporary personnel, not to the appointment of temporary officials, safe in exceptional cases and to cover urgent and undeferrable needs in the priority definitely declared sectors for the Commission of Economy and Treasury Department".
