Article 60. - Reordering of the public sector.
For reasons of economic, budgetary policy or organizational, there is authorized the Government of the Community of Madrid during the exercise 2010 so that, by means of Decree, at the proposal of the Commission of Economy and Treasury Department and on the initiative of the Commission interested because of the matter, it proceeds to restructure, modify and suppress Autonomous Organisms, Public enterprises and other Public Entities created or authorized by Law, realizing to the Assembly within a period of thirty days from his approval.”
What means this article?
Since to that Aguirre puedrá Gives hope to suppress autonomous Organisms as these:
Regional service of Social welfare; Patronage Of Madrid of Areas of Mountain; Agency of the Community of Madrid for the Reeducation and Reintegration of the Inobservant Minor; Institute Of Madrid of the Minor and the Family; Anti-drug Agency of the Community of Madrid; Institute Of Madrid of Public administration; Regional Service of Employment; Financial Agency of Madrid; Regional Institute of Safety and Health in the Work; Regional Agency for the Immigration and the Cooperation; Madrid 112; Institute Of Madrid of the Sport ….
only "reporting" to the Assembly, in the course of 30 days, that it is the organism that represents us to the citizenship. Without telling that it realizes it by means of Decree, there passes for the lining an Organism, which is. with a Decree the authorized thing is loaded or created by Law …
