The Program 507 of the budgets of the Community of Madrid for 2010, named euphemistically of “You Award a scholarship and Help to the Education”, it destines 90 % of his quantity to concerts with educational centers of private entitlement, what supposes an increase of 6 % (the game with more increase of all the budgets), while 10 % dedicates remainder to scholarships (for student transportation, dining room, books, infantile education) and supports the same entire quantity in current euros that the presupposed 2009, that is to say freezes.
