Hope Aguirre wastes in high charges

Hope Aguirre says to reduce expenses with his austerity measurements, as when in summer 2008 it suppressed 3 commissions (coming out of in way, saying is of step, to the members of his government more critics), or the reduction of the salary of the high charges in 2 % (although the previous year had raised the salary to them 12 %).
Nevertheless, these supposed reductions have been translated either in less expenses, nor even in less personnel of confidence. Since Hope Aguirre came to the presidency of the Community of Madrid in 2003, the positions of free designation have doubled, spending from 728 to 1.521, with a consequent increase of the expense for 19 million euros in 2003 to 35 millions at present.
